Scripture:
“On that day there shall be a fountain opened for the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and uncleanness.” — Zechariah 13:1 (ESV)

Poem excerpt:
A fountain flows, both deep and wide,
From heaven’s heart, a crimson tide. - Mary Mwakalu
Reflection:
God’s promise in Zechariah is a powerful vision of hope. A fountain, deep and wide, opened to cleanse sin and uncleanness. This promise points beyond the immediate time to Jesus, whose sacrifice opened the way for cleansing and new life. Today, this fountain still flows for all who seek renewal.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the promise of cleansing and renewal. Help me to come with an open heart, ready to be refreshed by Your mercy. Amen.
