Key Scriptures
• Exodus 33:14–16
• Exodus 34:29–35
• 2 Corinthians 3:18
Presence precedes authority
Moses did not seek influence.
He sought God.
Authority followed presence.
Transformation happened inwardly before it appeared outwardly.
Leadership that lacks presence compensates with control.
Scripture
Exodus 34:29
Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because he had been talking with God.
Visibility is not the same as weight
Moses was unaware of his radiance.
The people were afraid to approach him.
Authority formed in presence carries weight without effort.
It does not announce itself.
Scripture
2 Corinthians 3:18
We are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory.
Presence removes the need for performance
Moses removed the veil in God’s presence.
There was no need to impress.
No need to hide.
Leaders who avoid presence perform for people.
Leaders who abide lead from rest.
Scripture
Exodus 34:34
Whenever Moses went in before the Lord, he would take off the veil.
Absence leads to compromise
Aaron gave the people what they wanted.
Moses interceded for what they needed.
One led from pressure.
The other led from presence.
Scripture
Exodus 32:1–5
Aaron agreed with the people and enabled sin.
Leadership is distinguished by presence
Moses understood this clearly.
God’s presence marked who they belonged to.
Scripture
Exodus 33:16
What else will distinguish me and Your people unless You go with us?
Reflection
• Where is my leadership drawing authority from?
• Have I prioritised function over presence?
• Am I leading from relationship or responsibility alone?
Closing truth
Leadership is not restored by position.
Leadership is restored by presence.
From Christ, leadership is restored.

This is such a profound message about leadership, we r distinguished by His presence not our performance. THIS IS SOOOOO DEEP AND GOOOD my dear. Keeping flying high I am cheering you on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
